Does Laser Electrical Whangarei have qualified electricians?

Absolutely! We have 9 fully qualified electricians, one electrical inspector and six apprentice electricians. All employees are formally trained and qualified to meet the requirements at hand.

What are your charges?

Laser Electrical Whangarei has a standard hourly rate of $90 plus GST, for work done within the normal trading hours of 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday through Friday. For electrical work outside normal trading hours, overtime rates apply. We also have set travel rates for various zones in and around Whangarei and surrounding districts. Materials and products are charged using standard industry pricing.

Does Laser Electrical Whangarei offer same day service?

We pride ourselves on our follow through and follow up rate. We offer same day service where possible for important domestic and commercial emergencies.

Do you service appliances?

Laser Electrical Whangarei can fix your oven, service your heat pump/ventilation system and fix your hot water cylinder. For all other appliance servicing, please contact the supplier directly.

Do you offer insurance certification?

Yes, it is becoming more common for insurance companies to require wiring certification when you are purchasing a "new home" with older wiring. We can provide you with an Electri-Check Certification (ECANZ certification).

NB: This is not a Certificate of Compliance (COC), these are provided to you when any new wiring is completed in your house and for new home builds.

What are your payment terms and payment options?

Our standard terms of trade are the 7days from the date of receiving the invoice.

You can pay online, by cheque or if you prefer we have EFTPOS and credit card facilities available.

We have financing options available through Gilrose Finance and we also have partnered with Afterpay for more ways for you to pay.
